Leadership development

Year-long integrated leadership development programme for an organisation with a leadership team working across three continents. I’ve designed this programme to provide learning for the individual participants, group learning through live group project work and organisational learning to inform how leadership is enabled and set up for success as the organisation makes improvements to leadership capabilities.

Project management

A bespoke project management learning system that leads to highly effective, visible and more consistently applied project practices that deliver against strategy. This system directly improves working practices and project management skills at the individual, team and organisational levels.

Building psychological safety

Building psychological safety in a group of teams to drive learning, innovation and growth. Running a series of leader and team briefings that make levels of psychological safety visible to spark conversations that lead to actionable insights unique to the team’s context, members and dynamic.

Sustainable Leadership

Working with an energy consultancy to design and shape their sustainable leadership programme so that it speaks to technicians, senior leaders and people entering the workplace. I will deliver a model and facilitate all the online components of the course.
