I’m passionate about cultivating spaces for people, teams and organisations to thrive.

Learning is both a deeply personal and yet, inherently collective journey.

I can help you find the right balance.

Chapters of my story

With a degree in landscape design for sustainability, I spent five transformative years at The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, developing exhibits to build awareness on global topics like conservation and biodiversity alongside working with luminaries like Sir David Attenborough.

My tenure at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation spanned over 12 years, spearheading circular economy learning initiatives worldwide and developing the organisation as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. I led global circular economy learning programmes and focused on organisational learning as the team and impact scaled and evolved throughout the years.

In this time I’ve witnessed how organisations, like ecosystems, evolve continuously and move through seasons.

With a Master’s in Leadership for Sustainable Development, I develop and deliver tailored leadership programs for industry professionals, leveraging insights from my tenure in executive teams to mentor others on their leadership journeys.

I now use my unique experience to specialise in setting up tailored learning and development systems, collaborating closely with clients to address challenges and align learner needs for optimal organisational outcomes.
